Indexed tensor/ Einstein summation

Add indexed notation to the Tensor module.

This MR is mainly developed by @godefv. Its imported from http://manao.inria.fr/eigen_tmp/pullrequests/686. Recently, the previous MR (!52 (closed)) was closed by @cantonios with the option to open a new one to master.
