Add support for using ULWGL as wine_home

tldr: Allows to run Roblox with Proton inside pressure-vessel, outside and independant of steam, using the exact same way steam runs games with proton for a better user experience.

WIP already also going on in lutris and heroic, and bottles soon as well (we are all part of OWC -- Open-Wine-Components):
