add new packages and zathura config file

Updates in this:

• Added new packages like:
  • eog - for image previews
  • bat - a better cat alternative
  • baobab - to see how much disk space is occupied
  • zathura - a pdf viewer
  • gvfs-mtp - for external drives and devices
• Zathura config file

Further Changes to hyprland:

• update keybinidings by adding a new $term variable
• add keybinding to toggle waybar
• add toggle waybar script
• add a monitor.conf that supports screen mirroring
• fix bug of cursor not showing on mirrored screens
• enable natural scroll and swipe for workspaces
