• Added nofigures and nonotes options to disable unused dependencies
• Allowed omission of paper headers and running head using nopaperheader and nopageheader respectively, or noheader for both
• Fixed bug in which omitting header lines halted compilation

• Added plainheadings option for unformatted section headings
