Draft: Fix converter to pdf

Fix the converter in order to:

  • correctly generate sub-optim nodes
  • correctly generate sub_optim workflow

Tests on XDSM_to_pdf should be add, no time right now, I add a ticket for that.

Please check the following before asking for a review:

  • All the modified code is covered.
  • Docstrings reflect the code changes.
  • Type hints reflect the code changes
  • Add a changelog fragment for all user visible changes.
