Replace Existing "Votes Up" Engagement Chart With "Votes" Based Chart

Currently within the engagement section of the analytics console there is a chart which displays upvotes (which is currently displayed as “Votes up”)

Suggest that this chart is replaced with an alternative chat that also accounts for down-votes as well as up-votes.
